| The two stage turbo-charging control system was used on an8cylinder two stageturbo charging diesel engine. As the diesel engine has very high requirements on theperformance of the control system, I research and design the on-board diagnostic functionfor the two stage turbo charging control system in my dissertation.According to the working characteristics of the two stage turbo charging controlsystem, put forward the diagnostic content: boost pressure diagnostic, CAN communicationdiagnostic, circuit board temperature diagnostic, power supply voltage diagnostic andcontrol unit self diagnostic, and also develop the diagnostic strategy for each diagnosticcontent.In order to complete the verification test for the developed on-board diagnosticfunction, based on the C++Builder software, develop a upper PC software, which can verifythe on-board diagnostic function through the simulation test. The software can real timedisplay the diagnostic information, warning the malfunction by the occurrence of flashingthe malfunction indicator lamp, display the diagnostic trouble code, the definition of themalfunction and failure number.Finally, this dissertation also analyzes the reliability of two stage turbo chargingcontrol system. Based on the Markov theory, a Markov model is established for the twostage turbo charging control system, calculate the model through Matlab/Simulink, andanalyzes the calculation result. |
