With the booming development of the China’s aerospace industry in recent years, thereliability and stability requirements of aerospace are increasingly high. The electronicindustry is at the end of the supply chain of aerospace system, it is necessary requirement toensure its stable quality management and control and also an important way to improvetheir competitiveness.The production mode of traditional electronic components industry is a typical multivarieties and small batch, the quality control remain in post hoc test level and quality data islack of sharing and utilization. At present, the generation of a large number of qualityreports is depending on the manual operation which is inefficient. It is difficult to conductstatistical process analysis of these products and find the quality problems during theproduction process because the type of the products is so large. Electronic componentsindustry has tremendous pressure in terms of quality management and control.This paper reviews and analysis the business processes that related the qualitymanagement and control in this industry and proposes the problems and bottlenecks of thiskind of enterprise in the quality control aspects. Decomposition and reconstruction of theinspection standard and the data type of the result are conducted based on the relatedbusiness process during the quality inspection process; besides the basic idea of theestablishment of the quality management system is also provided then. A further study ofthe theory of the statistical process is conducted with the quality data collected in thesystem and a theory of quality control in electronic industry is proposed based on thesimilarity process and data transformation. This paper studies the pattern recognition ofcontrol chart with the relevant knowledge of BP neural network and puts forward somegeneral abnormalities and abnormal recognition method which provides a series of ideas torule out the abnormal for the enterprise personnel. Finally the quality management andcontrol system is designed and developed based on the theory studied in this paper in theelectronic components industry. The capability of quality management and control has beenimproved greatly because of the practical application of the system.
