In our country because of the large number of blasting often produce large chunks ofrock, the kind of rock will affect the engineering productivity, while there is a securitythreat on the surrounding personnel, equipment, so to find a fast, efficient and safeapproach to removal of this type of rock is necessary. Based on the fact propose the methodusing linear shaped charge the directional splitting large rocks. Means combiningtheoretical research, model tests and numerical simulation studies, research how to matchthe shaped charge structure between target size and analysis the mechanism of targetsplitting under shaped effect. In this paper, ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software is used to analysisthe crack development when linear shaped charge splitting rock. The simulation resultswere compared with the model the experimental results verify the feasibility of the use ofnumerical simulation study target splitting process. The model experiment usedcylindricalconcrete target, studying the relationship between medicine liner cone angles, fried high, target size and splitting effect.Used the numerical simulation methods to analysis the targetplate internal stress distribution and the process of target from initiation to broken underTarget linear shaped charge jet effect. On this basis, with liner thickness, cone angle, chargeheight, the length of the linear charge, fried height factor, designed five factors and fourlevels of orthogonal to the jet head speed and penetration depth of judgment indicatorspoint to find the best charging structure. Fitting the stress attenuation of this chargingstructure penetrating target, to get the law of stress relaxation, resultthe limit targetsize.Establish numerical simulation model verification methods to estimate the accuracy ofthe primary cleavage planes.
