With the coming of experience economy, the spending patterns of consumer arechanging a lot. The rapid development of today’s society and economy brings profoundchanges in consumption patterns for multiple perspectives and perceptions of consumers.As the cultural institutions facilities of human beings, museums and the most significantadvances, its rich cultural heritage, make it a new form of cultural tourism. There are over4,000museums for various types, historical and cultural museum occupying one of themost kind, makes a good foundation for the development of material resources of culturaltourism consumption.This paper mainly makes the museums consumer as the research objects, and tries toanalysis the museum consumers as well as their characteristics and needs through its groupstructure and characteristics of in-depth discussion and. Based on this the paper tries toanalysis the experience and consumer experience from five angles experience systemincluding sensory experience, emotional experience, thinking experience, behavioralexperience and isolation experience. The paper also explains the meaning and form of theconsumer experience.As the major museum where tourists enjoying their cultural tourist, the history andculture museum plays a very important role in our museum industry. Museum souvenirs arecontinuation and extension of tourism activities memory, which plays an important role incultural transmission. We should develop the souvenirs of historical and cultural museumvigorously,what will have a positive significance.
