At present,the construction of expressways in China has entered a period of stable development from a period of rapid development.The recycling of waste asphalt mixture produced by the maintenance of early expressways is imminent.On-site thermal regeneration technology,with its unique technological advantages,has become the current core technology for highway maintenance and has been widely promoted in many provinces and cities,and has achieved good regeneration effects.This article developed a new type of bituminous heat regenerant that is resistant to high temperature and water damage.In the early stage,the performance of recycled bituminous mixture was studied through laboratory tests.In the later stage,Chongqing Changwan high-speed local thermal regeneration project was used as the engineering support,and the road through the regeneration test section was used.Performance evaluation developed bitumen thermal regeneration agent regeneration effect.The principle of in-situ thermal regeneration,construction process,process and technical advantages are described in detail in combination with on-site thermal regeneration construction equipment.The theory of aging and regeneration of asphalt was analyzed.With the support of colloidal theory,the mechanism of regeneration of aging asphalt and the development ideas of thermal regenerant were proposed.Orthogonal design of the rejuvenation base oil,plasticizers and anti-aging agents was optimized,and the amount of each component of the regenerant was determined.The TLZS-1 heat regenerant was prepared in combination with the in-situ thermal regeneration construction process and its corresponding technical indicators were determined.Using infrared spectroscopy,dynamic shear rheometer and other means to study the effect of self-made TLZS-1 thermal regenerant on the microscopic properties of aged asphalt.Three kinds of domestic bitumen thermal regenerants were selected to compare the effects of regenerative experiments.The test results show that 6% TLZS-1 thermal regenerant can significantly restore the performance of the aged asphalt.The indoor recycled asphalt mixture test further validates the road performance of the TLZS-1 thermal regenerant.The test results show that the TLZS-1 thermal regenerant can effectively improve the compactness of the old asphalt mixture,and the high temperature stability and water resistance of the TLZS-1 thermal regenerant.The damage performance is better than the other two kinds of domestic regenerators selected,and the low-temperature performance is comparable to that of the other two domestic regenerators.Relying on Chongqing Changwan High-speed on-site heat regeneration project,a 200m-long test section was laid,and indoor test was conducted to recover recycled asphalt mixture on-site and combined with on-site test results of recycled asphalt pavement to comprehensively evaluate the road performance of TLZS-1 thermal regenerant.The results show that the application of TLZS-1 thermal regenerant to test the flatness,compaction degree,roughness and water permeability coefficient of recycled asphalt pavement meets the new road surface specification requirements.The test result of the indoor recycled mixture shows that the performance of the recycled asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the specification and the application effect is good,and it fully meets the technical requirements for on-site thermal regeneration construction.
