The thesis mainly studies Hot In-Place Recycling of Asphalt Concrete (HIPR) and puts forward the method of asphalt recycling through the analysis of asphalt aging and recycling mechanism. At the same time, the performance and design method of high grade asphalt pavement have been studies by many tests. The tests show that reclaimed asphalt have good road characters by adding recycling agent, and the performance of recycled mixture is dependent mostly on the proportion of old mixture and recycling agent. Based on the asphalt pavement maintenance, the thesis analyzes construction method, construction procedure of HIPR and the critical technologies of HIPR.The thesis analyzes several hot recycled equipments produced abroad and puts forward hot recycled equipment adapting to our country. Whether the hot recycled equipment could be developed in time, it is a key factor that can popularize Hot In-Place Recycling. At the end of the thesis, it analyzes the technique property, .economical and social results of HIPR, summarizes, some conclusions about the research of HIPR and proposes several suggestions about the continual research of HIPR. |
