First in the motor and servo control strategy, the servoactuator system was designed; and then optimizes the structure of electricity system, mainlyin the central control cabinet as a system of power distribution unit, the CANopen protocolfor data communication, as well as the backup power supply of super capacitor form.Finally, in the wind power turbine propeller system based hardware platform, the firstpitch master Bechhoff Twincat PLC configuration and debugging, then according to theactual operating mode simulation of wind turbine main control computer fan, assembledactuator pitch servo.In addition to write the host human-computer interface, convenient formonitoring and debugging. Its reliability has been verified in this paper the stability of thesystem with experimental results.
