As a result, people began to look for the sustainable development of new energy, wind power as a kind of new green energy, one side can reduce the pollution to the environment, save the traditional energy consumption, on the other hand can have a very good economic and social effect, therefore received worldwide attention. Modern wind turbine control performance indicators, can be divided into three categories, namely: to realize the stable operation of wind turbines, enhance quality, improve utilization efficiency of wind power generator output. Wind turbine system is analyzed.studying technology is a vital component of modern wind turbines, its main use at the beginning of the control mode is a fixed pitch stall control, and now has entered the stage of variable pitch control.Firstly,the basic structure of megawatts wind turbines is discussed, and the energy conversion process of wind turbines is analysed from the view of aerodynamics, etc, and combining with the basic principle of aerodynamics, the wind generator to introduces the principle of energy conversion, and with the help of wind energy utilization coefficient,torque coefficient, three indicators such as tip speed ratio, variable propeller control system was put forward in the main considerations in the design process, for the subsequent design and research provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, this paper builds a mathematical model corresponding to electric pitch control system, with the help of a discrete control query table, establish language variables, design a set of wind turbines is analyzed.studying controller, and build a wind power system containing PID self-tuning controller simulation platform, and then a new design of the system is compared with the traditional system, the comparison results show that: in wind turbine and generator power output torque error absolute value, this paper designs the control scheme can satisfy the wind turbines every aspect of variable propeller system requirements,such as reliability, stability, etc.Thirdly, this paper analyzes and designs the electrical structure of electric pitch control system of wind power generation system. Independent variable pitch servo control system is mainly introduced the basic structure, discusses the selection of the servo actuator system of motor and servo control strategy.This paper proposes to use the advantage of the central controller ACTS as a system power distribution unit and combine with the actual needs of thisresearch. Also, based on the features of experimental platform, the main communication electric control system structure will be implemented between main controller and servo.Finally, this paper is to wind turbines variable pitch system hardware platform as the foundation, has carried on the to BECKHOFF CX1010 is analyzed.studying for main controller of the system configuration and function module design and testing; And combining with the operation characteristics of wind turbines, has realized the variable blade servo actuator and fan control system between the effective docking; To design the process strategy of pitch control and program the composition of pitch control of wind power generation system, to develop the corresponding human-computer interaction interface. |
