Application Of Cae Technology To Analysis And Optimum Of The Rear Loader Of Rear-loading Compressed Refuse Truck

With our country economy development, the urbanization process is rapidlyaccelerating and at the same the urban population is increasing. However, the city garbagehas become a big problem which makes the demand for garbage truck grow quickly.Because of good sealing property and no secondary pollution, the rear-loading compressedrefuse truck is widely favored by municipal departments. The property of the rear loader isan important factor for refuse truck, so we take analysis and research for it.In comprehensively considering influencing factors for he rear loader of rear-loadingcompressed refuse truck, this paper uses UG software to establish the rear loader modelfirstly and then takes analyses and simulations to it in a more objective and veritablesituation. On the other hand, this paper also optimizes design of the dust loading system tomake it more smoothly and to avoid the scatter of garbage. Finally, this paper analyzesscraper through the Finite Element Analysis Method.
