With the deepening of environmental pollution and growing of fossil fuelconsumption,The development of the automobile industry is faced with so manyproblems,such as environmental protection and energy shortage, the hybrid vehicleintegrated the advantage like higher specific power and specific energy of fossil fuelas well as the lower emissions of conventional electric vehicle, not only improves themileage of conventional electric vehicles, but also improves shortcomings of the pooremissions and fuel economy of internal combustion engine vehicle, plays a importantposition in the history of the development for automobile industry.Studing on super mild hybrid vehicle is a new problem and hot researching ofhybrid vehicle, It uses a more smaller motor with the low power compared with thehybrid vehicle existing as the auxiliary power source, its transmission system isdesign based on the model of the new reflux stepless automatic transmission system,this system has a large speed ratio adjustment range, the super mild hybrid vehicle isnot only has the Characteristics of regenerative braking and idling start-stop of themild hybrid vehicle and moderate hybrid vehicle on the market, but also have thesuper low speed driving when reversing and the pure electric driving and ability.This paper firstly make the studies and the analysis of the existing hybrid vehicleand its drive system, by the comparison, Can provide some references for the supermild hybrid vehicle and its transmission system. By studing on the new reflux steplessautomatic transmission system, to determine the main working mode and the workingcondition under different driving conditions and different gear-Switch, and analyzesthe related characteristics of super mild hybrid vehicle.Then Matlab/Simulink was utilized to establish the vehicle simulation model andthe special module model, and to formulate the corresponding control strategy,establish the reasonable condition switch recognition rules,then use hardware in theloop test bed to make the condition switch and gear switch test, to formulate thecorresponding control strategy based on robustness, so that to verify the accuracy andfeasibility of the corresponding model. Make analysis of the super mild hybrid vehicleperformance,and to formulate matching strategy of the corresponding drive control parameter.Finally, according to the integration of good model to analyze the transmissioncontrol parameters affect of the pairing of horse of the vehicle dynamic performanceand fuel economy, for Matching problem of the super Mild Hybrid VehiclePowertrain Parameters, to put forward a series of efficient Powertrain ParametersMatching and controlling method.
