The hardware in the loop (HIL) test of electric traction system and auxiliary supply system can provide a relative real external environment, especially in fault condition which may not realized in Laboratory. By building the model of traction system and auxiliary supply system, the researcher can not only reduce the test cost, but also shorten the development cycle. Based on the dSPACE real-time simulator, this thesis complete the HIL test of CRH5high speed train and the following is main work:1. The input-output method is used to model the traction supply system, the traction system and auxiliary supply system of CRH5. Considering the hybrid and nonlinear in discrete events and continuous time parts, the whole system is separated in several parts and Iteration algorithm is introduced to solve the modeling of complex power electronic system.2. Discretization method in continuous system is widely accepted by the digital control in traction system. The paper focused on the situation of low sample time period in the traction system, different discretion methods were proposed and compared in the asynchronous motor model.3. After a review of the background of dSPACE and demand analysis of CRH5controller, test platform is devised:signals adjust circuit between dSPACE and CRH5controllers, the muti-communication and muti-core system through Gigalink modular, plan of its test project is fulfilled.4. In order to validate the accuracy of true system, this part compares the true experimental results with HIL test results. It shows that it can replace the real electrical traction system and auxiliary supply system in the initial develops and test stages.
