With the development of refrigeration air-conditioning industry, people have focusedattention on the high efficiency, energy saving and material saving compact heat exchangeris developed, and the fins packed heat exchangers are wild used for refrigeration, airconditioning field; its geometric structure research is very import for the future productsdesign.This article from the company’s business needs, to the central air-conditioning fin typeheat exchanger as the research object, with the condenser side of working, compare threeexist series condensers performance condition when change the geometric value.First, choose sample condensers as research machine, then design a simulation frameaccording the hear transfer calculation need. Analyze the simulation calculation result bycompare the test value, and got some revise coefficient for this company products series.At last, expand the study range, to find other influence for the condensers when change itsgeometry.The study results:1) Got some useful coefficient, and built a nice simulation way to find the answerwhen meet any situation change.2) Got the condenser performance change direction at different fin space, finthickness, tube diameter, tube distance, tube rows number and air speed.3) Got some experiential formulas, they can give enough convenience to projectprogress so that the schedule time can be shorted.
