In China,it has formed the backbone of the500kV grid structure across thecountry besides Northwest area, and gradually formed the north, middle and south ofthe three main "West To East Power Transmission" channel to achieve a regional andinter-regional power grid interconnection. However, frequent natural disasters, resultingin transmission tower Tower Collapses accidents and transmission interruption, causegreat loss previous rush-repair tower is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive.The tower produced by FRP materials is lightweight high-strength repair, and goodinsulation, can achieve rapid and efficient supply. In view of this, the need of researchfor repair tower500kV made of FRP materials, as well as force analysis of the entiretower under installation conditions and the role of wind conditions, in order to study themechanical properties of this structure.This paper selects three different diameters, five kinds of slenderness ratio of atotal of15root FRP pipe members axial compression tests performe to derive therelationship between elastic modulus of FRP materials and components and slendernessratio. The stability factor test results and comparison of the test results of stabilitycoefficient and a variety of specifications for design of steel structures, based on theresults and analysis in the research of other people, the fitting formula to calculate thestability coefficient FRP material for the axial compression members.Based on the500kV FRP rush-repair tower is real model test, studies the cable andthe overall structure of this structure in two conditions that installation condition andwind conditions under the action of force and deformation performance,using theSAP2000finite element analysis software is limited element simulation analysis, in addition, also consider the impact of node and bolt and slip deformation to how toinfluence the structure of the force.To further study mechanical properties and deformation of the tower rush-repair,this paper analyzes the main factors that affects the repair of tower structure, namely theimpact on the structure of the node structure of the force, the cable setting parameterson FRP repair affect the mechanical properties of the structure, division segmentsaffected by the performance of the force structure of the tower repair and make repairstower structure suitable parameter settings. By comparison analysis, selecting theappropriate parameter can make the structure deformation and play a very goodmechanical properties of this material, which can provide reference for the calculationof the future FRP rush-repair tower.
