Masonry structure as an important form of building structure has a long history inour country and the world and occupies an important position.In recent years, underthe development of the concept of energy saving and environmental protection anddevelopment of green building, on the one hand, the new masonry block, premixed andspecial mortar masonry mortar has been used increasingly in masonry structure, on theother hand,the new theory of reinforced brick masonry, filler wall masonry sandwichcomposite masonry wall etc. constantly improve and perfect. Therefore, the masonrystructures engineering makes great innovation and development. With the constantdevelopment of masonry structure, new requirements and challenges was put forward tofor the construction technology of the masonry structure at the same time.This article is based on the test and research of the process of compiling nationalstandard code for construction of masonry structures engineering,from the test andanalysis of the effect on mortar strength of different bottom die, the influence on thestrength of placing time of mortar Influence on moisture content of hollow brick blockswith different water way. Mainly for masonry structure engineering, research thedegree of influence on the performance of masonry materials and the engineeringquality by using different construction methods in the construction process. The test ofdifferent bottom die on mortar strength, the difference on different strength grade ofcement mortar and mixed mortar under different consistency by brick bottom mould andsteel bottom die are analyzed; the inference on strength of ready-mixed mortar ofdifferent manufacturers under placing corresponding time are concluded by analyzing the block strength value.; the inference of hollow brick block on water content bydifferent watering mode and anchoring quality of anchor Rachel tendons under thecondition of different processes are analyzed combined with the engineering practice.Through experimental research, the results show that the cement mortar andcement mortar mixed with the increase of consistency, steel compared with brick mold,the strength decrease more. The placed time of mortar in the process of constructionshould be controlled within3hours; adapting the traditional watering method for thesintered clay brick, as long as watering in the right way, the size of the moisture contentmainly depends on the length of time; in the construction of after Rachel anchoragereinforcement, hole cleaning technology and the anchoring reinforcement planting holedepth are the most important influence on the performance of steel bar anchoring, and inthe earthquake zone should be preferred with organic materials.So it is very importantand necessary that in strict accordance with the code requirements in the process ofconstruction for ensuring the engineering quality...
