Feasibility Study On IBM Project Of Xi’an High-tech Software Zone

In recent years, the development of real estate industry has bigger role inpromoting the national economy growing, and has gradually become one of the pillarindustries of macro economy. There are many factors affecting the construction of realestate projects, such as long duration, construction difficult, the flow of funds, longrecovery period and other characteristics affecting. Moreover, the development ofprojects also faces the risk of a series of unpredictable. In this situation, the projectconstruction work of the pre-feasibility study is very important.In this paper, we take the Xi’an Hi-tech software IBM project as an object. On thebasic situation of the project and the project’s location in the macro environment, westudy the feasibility of the project combining with the theory of the feasibility. First ofall we study the macroeconomic environment and the real estate industry in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province.What’s more, on the microscopic point of Xi’an High-techbackground with unique IBM projects we study the internal environment, marketpositioning, and development concepts. Second, based on market research and raw datawe make viable program for the projects to developing marketing. The benefits andrisks of the project are analyzed for further analyzing of the project’s feasibility. Finally,the project’s development potential, benefit analysis and risk variable sensitivity aretaken into account to analysis feasibility conclusions of Xi’an Hi-tech software IBMproject.In this paper, a case about the feasibility of real estate projects in the theoreticalbasis is studied. This article expands the field of real estate feasibility study. What’smore, the article about actual background not only guides the policymakers of project tomake a reasonable decision with practical significance, but also has important practical significance for other real estate feasibility study.
