Feasibility Analysis Of Solar Energy Heating Scheme For ZR Real Estate Project

Feasibility analysis is an important basis for real estate project development and decision-making.In recent years,the total building energy consumption in China has been increasing year by year,and the share of building energy consumption in total energy consumption is huge,and the energy consumption of preparing domestic hot water is an important part of it.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water in real estate projects to promote the real estate industry to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.Firstly,this thesis reviews the literature on feasibility analysis and related research of solar water heating system,and expounds the feasibility analysis and related theory of solar water heating system;secondly,taking Tianjin as an example,the feasibility of solar energy heating scheme of ZR real estate project in this area is analyzed from the point of view of designers,mainly from the following contents: Firstly,from ZR house.The necessity,technical feasibility,economic feasibility,financial feasibility,policy feasibility and resource feasibility of using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water in real estate projects are demonstrated.Secondly,the feasibility of ZR real estate project using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water is compared and analyzed with the traditional way of preparing domestic hot water.Thirdly,the feasibility of solar hot water system projects is discussed.The index is the cornerstone,the evaluation index system is established by expert meeting method,and the analysis is carried out by combining the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the ideal results are obtained and suggestions are put forward..The research results of this thesis are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,ZR real estate project using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water is more energy-saving,more economical and shorter investment recovery period than traditional gas to prepare domestic hot water and electric heating to prepare domestic hot water.Second,ZR real estate project using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water can reduce pollutant emissions to a large extent.Thirdly,the project is comprehensively analyzed by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the feasible conclusion of ZR real estate project using solar energy to prepare domestic hot water is obtained.The conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
