Hydropower is an important energy in today’s world,occupies an importantposition in the world of environmental resources. But in China,the construction of waterconservancy and hydropower project is make a spurt of progress of development. At thesame time, the construction of water conservancy and hydropower will bring manyproblems of environment,directly influence hydropower projects and sustainabledevelopment of the local environment.Therefore,the development of hydropower system based on how to effectivelyprotect the natural ecological environment is on the new challenges faced in theconstruction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering in hydropowerrngineering,and the vegetation recovery and ecological construction is one of theeffective ways to reshape the construction of landscape pattern.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropowerengineering,and ecological recovery of the vegetation system of investigation,review ofrelevant literature,conducted a preliminary exploration and Research on HydropowerEngineering on water and soil conservation, restoration of vegetation landscape designas the basis,in order to improve the current water conservancy and hydropowerengineering in construction do not attach importance to the destruction ofvegetation,soil and water loss,water resources unfair environment problems,and taking Ludila and Gongguoqiao hydropower station as an example,the ecological vegetationhydropower project is based on the landscape design gimmick restoration schemeandhydropower engineering landscape design ideas,and with examples of the techniques ofthe landscape water conservancy planning regional hydropower projects and facilitiesshould be used in the design,introduction and design of the natural landscape (reservoirwater landcape, slope greening) as well as the humanities landscape,in order to promotethe human and the nature harmonious development and establish a comprehensiveplanning concept,reduce damage to the environment of development,the formation ofsustainable development of water resources and hydropower engineering project on thenatural environment in landscape design method,vegetation ecological restoration as thegoal of the future.
