Since the reform and opening up,China's economic construction and development have made remarkable achievements.As an important and green energy,hydropower has played an important role in China's national life and economic construction.The cause of water bill has also flourished with the development of national social economy,but at the same time,a series of resettlement and later development problems are caused by the construction of water conservancy projects The problem is related to whether the migrants can realize the sustainable development of livelihood and whether the resettlement area can keep the high-efficiency growth and sustainable development in the long term following the national development pace,and also fundamentally affects whether the water conservancy project construction is successful and whether it really brings benefits and benefits to the people.At present,the construction of water conservancy projects and resettlement projects in China have gradually come out from the misunderstanding of emphasizing projects rather than immigrants,and pay more attention to high-quality coordinated development,not only to achieve high-quality completion on schedule,but also to enable long-term sustainable development after resettlement.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate effective and reasonable compensation policies and assistance policies according to the actual situation and problems faced by the local residents,so as to ensure that the short board of the development of the migrants becomes longer and longer,so that they can maintain their living standards before the relocation and even realize the sustainable development of their livelihood in the later period of the migration.Under the current situation and background of the development of water conservancy project resettlement,this paper takes the sustainable development of the middle line of Jinsha River as the research object.First of all,by consulting and understanding the existing domestic and foreign research literature of Resettlement Development,and then based on the existing mature theory of resettlement and sustainable development,it reasonably deduces and constructs the Secondly,the paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of relocation and resettlement and resettlement compensation of resettlement projects in the middle line of Jinsha River,and uses the fuzzy matter-element evaluation model and the evaluation system of the sustainability indicators of the resettlement plan to evaluate and analyze the sustainability of thelivelihood plan in the middle line of Jinsha River.Finally,on the basis of the empirical analysis,it combines Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the sustainable livelihood of the migrants in the middle line of Jinsha River,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures that are in line with the long-term sustainable development of the resettlement area according to the conclusion of the problem analysis,so as to make some contribution to the sustainable development of the later stage of the resettlement.
