Investigation And Analysis On External Space Environment Of Xi’an University New Campus

With the rapid social and economic development of our country, China’s highereducation and its campus construction has entered a new stage. University campusoutside space as the core part of the campus space, and is also an important carrier ofcampus life. Based on the background of practical development in newly builtUniversity Xi’an City, to the external space environment as the research object. Thereal problems of the space layout, intended to create a perfect, diversified campuslandscape space.In this paper, the development of Xi’an University campus environment as thebackground, taking the campus exterior space environment as the research object.Selected4recently completed university Xi’an city as the investigation and study,detailed comparative analysis of the different seasons and time, activity4campusexternal space, the use of user interaction, in space, facilities, Through theinvestigation on the4universities of the garden space, starting from the social,historical, psychological point of view, on the external environment analysis.In the previous study and field investigation, from the university campus externalspace and exterior space of university campus determinants of advice: advocate formcomposite campus space layout; create a "suitable space oriented"; complete facilities;attach importance to create campus cultural atmosphere. Hope that the conclusion ofthe paper can provide reference for the design of Xi’an area and related research.
