As the long-term living space for people,residence’s indoor thermal environment couldinfluence human’s physical health and mental health to a great extend. With the continuousimprovement of living standards, people began to pursue a higher level of living space. Thefunction and form of old dwelling is gradually washed out by this advance,some of them evencan’t satisfy the basic indoor thermal environment.The existing residence in old industry zone in Harbin is regard as research object. Someproblems have found in indoor thermal environment by measurement and investment, suchas:(1)low indoor air temperature: The average indoor temperature only reached14~15℃insome residential.(2)A part of window was frosted, the degree of frost was depended on thetemperature and relative humidity.(3)The inner surface of external wall and the inner surfacearound the external window may occured the phenomenon of moisture condensation andmildew.Based on the existing measurement date, indoor thermal environment is simulated bycomputer. The main simulation content is as follow: The simulation of indoor thermalenvironment; The simulation of external window’s ability of frosting;The influence of frostingon indoor thermal environment; The simulation results are as follow:When the outdoor-designed-temperature is-26℃,the indoor air temperature couldn’tkeep in18℃with the wall which the thickness are370mm and490mm. The inner surfacetemperatur of double wooden window could reached-7.2℃and the frost do inordinatelyexist in the inner surface,In that background,the acquisition of solar energy and indoorluminance are decreased.The factors(heat transfer performance of wall,heat transfer performance of window, the temperature of heating system) which influence the indoor thermal environment and theirlevels are discussed through Orthogonal test and all factors environment. Finally,optimumproposals of thermal environment which on account of panel heater and Low-temperaturehot water floor radiant heating are obtained.
