With the rapid development of construction industry, more and more modern andcultural elements are embedded into uniquely shaped buildings. Spring out of theuniquely shaped buildings not only meet the needs of humans on the architectural art ofbeauty, but also create unprecedented challenge for construction companies. In order tomeet the development needs of the construction industry, construction companies haveto develop new construction technology and new materials based on their traditionalexperience.Xi’an Weapon Museum is a strategic project co-constructed by Shanxi provinceand Norinco Group. The external of this project is made up of continuous tilting walland multi-slope roof panel. Long span and high spatial internal structure is designed tosatisfy functional requirements. Due to the wall imitate stone facade, so, on the samefacade wall of irregular multi-fold tilt wall structure, cross-line position of the wallsurface to determine the different fold there is a great difficulty in construction.Measurement positioning is error will change the shape of the facade, causing majorquality accidents. And choice of interior model has a significant impact on constructionsafety and quality of the structure. If conventional construction technology is stilladapted, construction needs of uniquely shaped buildings is not fitted. Constructioncompanies are able to work out applicable technology by analyzing various problemsthat arise during construction, and based on the actual situation of the project.In this paper, upon Xi’an weapons museum project case, choose two importantstructural influence tilt measurement positioning and ultra model factor in many of thestructural factors affecting the construction work carried out intensive research. Inmeasuring positioning, select the Sketchup plane positioning and other auxiliary meansto achieve spatial points. And measuring the implementation process has beencompleted and the actual effect of the theoretical data than the right, further proof of thefeasibility of Sketchup and other auxiliary means of spatial points in the plane location.In the selection and use of model, it shaped by the special requirements of the framebody structure and comprehensive consideration of the impact on other aspects of theproject. The project finally selects a new plug-engineering scaffold. In the constructionprocess, the measured stress-site model theory and theoretical data frame body were compared to verify the reliability of the frame body force, thus proving the applicabilityof this type of frame body shaped structure.The aim of this paper can be summed shaped frame-shear wall structure especially,for the multi-fold higher continuous tilt and interior space, large-span structure, of theconstruction methods and construction technology, though using study and analyzing onconstruction technology of Weapon Museum. In addition, it also for other similarshaped structure construction to provide some help, eventually forming a referencevalue of construction technology shaped structure.
