Research Of Operation And Usage Energy Model And Energy Simulation Methodin Office Building

With the development of building energy consumption, the buildingoperation energy consumption continues to rise. In order to achieve the controlof total building energy consumption, promote optimizationdesign ofarchitecture and air conditioning system, it is needed to quantitative assessbuilding energy consumption. The level of building energy consumption isclosely related to human behavior. The human behavior is not fine described indesign standards and conventional simulation methods. This condition leads togreat deviation between simulation result and actual energy consumption andrestricts promotion of building energy efficient research. In order to solve thisproblem, this thesis forcus on the research of operation and usage energy modeland energy simulation method in office building. Reference mode is provided bylarge investigation of actual buildings. The reference mode provides animportant foundation for the quantitative analysis of building energyconsumption and establishmentof standards. This research has a very importantvalue in engineering field.Through large amount of questionnaireinvestigation and inductiveanalysis,the studyobtained reference mode which conforms the actualcharacteristics of energy consuption. The reference mode is quantitativelycharacterizeso that it can be applied in simulation software and is verified bysimulation energy consumption of reference mode and actual energyconsumption. The establishment of reference mode provides a foundation forbuilding energy efficiency standards, building energy assessments, buildingenergy consumption forecasts, technical suitability studies, building energyfixed. And then, this article simulates corresponding energy consumption ofreference mode under "Public Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards",compares the result with indicator of "Standard of Energy Consumption ofBuildings". This article expounds theconsistency of energy consumption levelfrom standard by controlling technical measures to standard by controllingtargetenergy consumption. This result provides an important technical support for implementof the standard.
