With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the challenge and potential of building energy conservation in China are both enormous.Human behavior,like meteorological conditions,envelope structure and system equipment,is an important factor affecting the level of building energy consumption.Because office buildings are characterized by large volume,high energy consumption in daily operation and high personnel density,there is a large space for energy consumption reduction in buildings based on energy-use behavior analysis.This research makes an in-depth analysis of the energy-use behavior of employees in the office,obtains the actual situation,identifies the influencing factors,analyzes the influencing mechanism,and then realizes the reduction of building energy consumption through a series of corresponding optimization measures,and finally promotes the development of building energy conservation in China.(1)The research scope,approach and content are defined.Based on the research background,significance analysis and literature review at home and abroad,the deficiencies of current research are summarized,meanwhile the scope,approach and content of this research are defined.(2)Relevant theoretical basis and research methods are elaborated.The research concepts of building energy consumption and energy-use behavior involved in this research are clarified;Research theories such as the theory of planned behavior,knowledge-attitude-behavior theory,and environmental psychology are summarized.Cluster analysis,structural equation model,DeST energy consumption simulation and system dynamics are introduced.(3)The realistic situation of energy-use behavior is depicted.Based on the literature review,the description methods of employee work schedule,lighting behavior,equipment behavior,air conditioning behavior and other specific behaviors in office buildings are determined.Based on the questionnaire survey,obtain the actual situation of employee work schedule and various energy-use behaviors;Based on cluster analysis,the classification of people with different behavior combinations is explored,and the consistency of different energy-use behavior saving degree is analyzed and checked.Finally,a systematic analysis of the current situation of the energy-use behavior of office employees is realized,which provides practical support for the subsequent identification of influencing factors and the simulation of building energy consumption.(4)The perspective of energy-use behavior optimization is clarified.Based on the literature analysis,five factors that may affect the energy-use behavior pattern of office employees are identified from the personal level and the environmental level,and their influential effects were tested.The focus of this research is to optimize the energy-use behavior pattern of office employees by improving their energy saving behavior intention.(5)Strategies to improve energy saving behavior intention are constructed.The existing research on energy saving behavior intention are summarized,the influencing factor model of employees' energy saving behavior intention in office buildings is constructed,and the influencing factors and influencing mechanism of employees' energy saving behavior intention in office buildings is analyzed.Furthermore,effective measures that can improve the behavior intention of office building employees in energy saving and optimize the mode of employees in energy-use behavior are systematically proposed,and finally the optimization mechanism is proposed.(6)The effect of building energy consumption optimization is measured.the energy consumption value before and after optimization is simulated and calculated with DeST software,and the static optimization effect of building operating energy consumption is quantitatively measured by improving the energy saving behavior intention of employees in the office,so as to provide basic data for the simulation of subsequent energy consumption optimization path.(7)The building energy consumption optimization path is simulated.By establishing an office building operation energy consumption optimization model based on system dynamics,the dynamic path of energy consumption optimization is simulated,and the influencing factors of the optimized path are identified and analyzed.Finally,scientific suggestions are proposed for the rational formulation of energy consumption optimization strategy.
