Combining the Power Company of promoting the development process of pureelectric vehicles and the construction and application on smart charging and swappingnetwork of electric vehicles in Tianjin, basing on the overall demand ofcharging/battery swap infrastructures in Tianjin and the construction of Hitechcharging/battery swap station, the full integration of the technical strengths andresources, through introducing the many groundbreaking innovations and applicationeffect of Hitech charging/battery swap station, paper describes the currenttechnological achievements of charging/battery swap infrastructures and thedevelopment trend of electric vehicle applications.Paper will mainly take Hitech charging/battery swap station as an example,introducing and comprehensively reviewing the integration of the charging racksaround the frame and compact modular design, environmental control and heatrecovery technology, maintenance and monitoring of power battery equalizationtechniques, direct charge busbar photovoltaic technology, rolling power systems andother innovative technologies, and practicing to illustrate such results of theapplication brought by a number of innovative technologies, such as: intensiveconstruction, effectively saving land resources; improving battery efficiency andreducing the cost of electric vehicles; reducing regional valley poor distributionnetwork, providing the ability to access the area of new energy technologies and soon.The self innovative technologies of charging/battery swap station is the first tobreak the blockade from the foreign manufacturers of electric vehicles on the coretechnology. At the crucial moment of China’s electric vehicle industry’s rapiddevelopment, building our national electric vehicles chain with completelyindependent intellectual property rights and making electric vehicles electricalequipment integrated solutions will play a catalytic role to improve the construction ofthe electric vehicles industry in our country and construct a reasonable energy supplyand consumption structure.
