The Research Of Traffic Impact Analysis For Urban Complex Project

In recent years China facing massive urbanization, the land development of accelerating andhigh strength, in order to realize the sustainable development of urbanization, to meet the demand ofenriching urban life, urban complex as one city organization of efficient use of land resources andfunction highly integrated is more widely used in our city.The main features of urban complex ishuge space scale, comprehensive transportation system, urban landscape design and high-techintegrated facilities, which meet the functional requirements of urbanization and at the same time,will bring a surge in traffic demand.Traffic impact analysis is mastering integrated transportationcondition changed by the land use degree, and to take measures to guarantee the stability of trafficlevels. Traffic impact analysis research focus mainlyhas three points: traffic demand analysis, trafficimpact level analysis and improvement measures put forward. Traffic demand forecast of urbancomplex is on the basis of investigation of land use and traffic situation, according to city planningand traffic planning to accurately predict traffic travel of the future years and provide the basis forthe operation of the urban context and traffic condition. Traffic impact analysis is based on theanalysis of traffic and related indicators to define the influence degree of the project construction onsurrounding traffic, to provide reference for the influence of urban complex and the construction ofthe responsibility. Improvement measure is to study how to reduce project construction disturbanceto the surrounding traffic environment and to ensure reasonable exploitation of the project andnormal operation of transportation systems.Paper is based on the urban complex construction project as the research object, throughanalysis of the project characteristics, the current situation of the surrounding land use andtransportation, to study for traffic demand forecasting method of urban complex, traffic impactanalysis indicators and improvement measures put forward. This paper analyze in detail on theconcept, function and main characteristics of urban complex and the process and action of trafficimpact analysis firstly, and then to analyze the urban complex traffic demand, traffic impactindicator and improvement measures, and to grasp the urban complex transportation demandforecast, traffic impact level analysis and the improvement of improving measures. Taking Zhengxiang Guoji urban complex project in baotou city as an example, using the proposed trafficimpact indicators to determine the traffic impact of the urban complex project, and taking theappropriate improvement measures to guarantee the normal operation of traffic organization.Through the empirical analysis shows that the proposed traffic impact degree analysis andimprovement measures are feasible, and provides the reference for the further research of urbancomplex traffic impact analysis.
