By comparing changes of these indicators, the paper values the impact of theurban constructive projects on the transportation system, so as to supply the mightyreference for the relevant departments to make a strategic decision. Finally, combining with the project under construction Tianjin Second Children’shospital, this paper have compared the traffic volume before and after the constructiveproject and valued the impact of this project on transportation.
