Precast concrete structure is the main kind of precast structures to be promoted in the domestic industrialization of building construction recently. The assembled monolithic precast reinforced concrete structure leaves parts (joints, composite parts, et.) of the components to be cast lately. With the cast of concrete, the components which have interfaces form an integrated structure at construction site. These components with composite parts make the monolithic precast concrete structure get a better structure integrity and equal to the cast-in-site concrete structure.In this paper, the behavior of friction and sliding was taken into account in the finite element analysis models of reinforced concrete composite components. The main research work lists as follows:(1)Considering the frictional contact, define the interface of the old and new cast concrete as a contact area and build the nonlinear finite element model based on the normal finite element method; To prove the feasibility of this analysis method, an analysis model of two cast concrete blocks, which was connected by the frictional area, was built to compare with the relative research.(2)Employ ANSYS10.0(a large-scale finite element analysis software) to build the model of simply supported reinforced concrete composite slabs under different fabrications of interfaces. Analyze the effects of different fabrications of laminated interfaces bringing to the deformation and interface sliding of the slab.(3)Adjusting the design parameters(the relative height of interface, strength grade of concrete) of the analysis model, focus on researching the relationship between the parameters and the composite beam analysis results.The nonlinear finite element analysis method considering the interface frictional sliding can be well used to analyze different kinds of the composite components, and compare the different mechanical properties of the same kind of precast concrete component by different designs.
