The research is based on theoretical analysis, by means of computer simulation, combining of theoretical calculation and simulations, is proposed to design with hydraulically controlled way to solve this problem, because the hydraulic drive is fast braking, automatic pressure maintaining, simple driving mechanism, high reliability, etc. Using simulation software Matlab/Simulink and AMESim, study on the capture device for belt conveyor hydraulic system, so as to achieve optimization of system, shorten the design cycle and improve the system stability. This topic technical route: One is the design of the hydraulic system; The second is using the simulation software AMESim and Matlab/Simulink to establish simulation model of joint simulation analysis, the main parameters of hydraulic system and to improve performance; The third is to utilize the results of simulation to improve the hydraulic system design, performance of check system again. The study includes the following four parts.(1) To research subject, capture and understand belt conveyor hydraulic system simulation technology development and research status at home and abroad, this paper expounds the research purpose and meaning of this project. Analysis of the belt conveyor to capture the structure and working principle of the hydraulic system.(2) Lists the hydraulic cylinders, energy storage device, the three position four-way valve force balance equation and liquid flow continuity equation in Matlab/Simulink. in accordance with the equation appropriate function module connected to the system block diagram, and then for each element parameters are set, run simulation, simulation curve, analysis of the reliability of results.(3) According to the system principle diagram and use the AMESim simulation software, select the corresponding modules, such as were energy storage components, hydraulic cylinder, relief valve, solenoid valve system, the establishment of simulation model of the hydraulic system, parameters and medium parameters of the model, the simulation results analysis.(4) Compared with the results of the above two software simulation, according to the results improved hydraulic system design and the system performance.
