With the development of urban and rural construction, the interaction between the earth’s biosphere and resources system is deepening and expanding, the human and the nature harmonious coexistence has become a very important realistic question: natural sand mining, which serious damage to the ecological environment; construction waste is difficult to remove, polluting the environment; waste is difficult to recycle, wasting the resource. To resource utilization recycle the brick waste in the construction garbage, and to make the recycled brick aggregate concrete for environmental load reduction type and plantgrowing, this has very important significance in terms of economy, environmental protection and scientific research. In recent years, Germany, Holland, Japan has researched and developed the permeability properties of the porous concrete for plantgrowing, however, domestic research and development are later than those countries’ on the permeability properties of concrete, so the engineering applications are. There is even less research on the permeability properties of recycled brick concrete for plant-growing.This paper is based on the strength and permeability performance tests of recycled brick concrete for plant-growing which are conducted by Shan dong Agricultural University teams about the recycled brick concrete for plant-growing, also this paper is established in the domestic research status, and studies permeability performance of recycled brick concrete for plant-growing deeply, the research conclusions mainly include:(1) This paper designs the orthogonal test composed by 5 different kinds of brick aggregate sizes, 5 different design objective voidage and 5 different water binder ratios, and tests the cube compressive strength and permeability coefficient of 7d and 28 d under influence of three factors; this paper using SPSS software to carry on the single factor multivariable variance analysis, and obtained the influence degree and laws of brick aggregate size, design objective voidage and water binder ratio on the compressive strength, permeability coefficient of 7d and 28d; through the strength- permeable balance analysis, and meet the requirements of concrete for plant-growing(strength more than 5MPa, and the the permeability coefficient not less than 1mm/s), analyzes and obtains the optimum mixture ratio of recycled brick concrete for plant-growing.(2) Based on the optimum mixture ratio in the early experiment, this paper designs 25 groups tests consisting of 5 different brick aggregate sizes and 5 different design objective voidage, 7d and 28 d permeability coefficient of recycled brick concrete for plantgrowing is tested, and analyzes the relevance of permeability coefficient and the design objective voidage, and the relevant relations are given.(3) This paper tests the measured voidage and permeability coefficient which is corresponding to design objective voidage, and analyzes the relationship between the permeability coefficient and the measured voidage of recycled brick concrete for plantgrowing, and the relevant relations of coefficient of permeability and the measured voidage are given.
