Study On Urban Planning And Social Process From The Perspective Of Social Capital

The theoretical system of urban planning in China mainly set the material construction as the core goal, and base on the spatial transformation technique, the social process of urban planning has been neglected for a long time, it is rare from the perspective of sociology theory. This paper introduces the perspective of social capital, to study the relationship between social capital and the urban planning through the concept of integrated platform, to make it become one of the important perspective to understand the process of urban planning society systematically.Firstly, this paper summarize the development of the concept of social capital and put forward a concept of social capital and the elements conformed to the city planning features, according to the "trust-network-specification" structure of the classification to analyze the characteristics of the social capital of China, deem that the traditional social capital in China is rich and the modern citizen of social capital is lack. Then the social process of urban planning is compared and analysis with other related concept, discussing the importance of social subject and social capital in the social process of urban planning, demonstrates the deeply inner integration of social capital and urban planning. Through constructing the logical organization of social capital, social process and urban planning, found that there is a circulation process coupled with self-organization and other-organization, deem that the effective use of this interaction, can continuously improve the social process of urban planning and make it efficiency and scientific, and provide an important starting point the transformation and practice of urban planning; and then putting forward the analysis framework of "forecasting of social process - Analysis of social capital needs and stock-Remodel the social process", and expounds the application of the structure and the analysis framework.Based on the framework and context above, from the perspective of formation and implementation process of planning, to analyze and compare the different requirements of social capital and the core process of different urban planning. Considering that different urban planning have obvious difference on social capital requirements, showing that the particularity of social capital demands is diverse and complex, arranging the social process simply and uniformly can’t adapt to the particularity, need the differentiation research for each urban planning, to choose the way which fit best to reconstruct social process, and ensure the adaptability of social subject in the system, methods, and to improve the planning efficiency.At the end of paper, the social capital survey method and the dimensions of urban planning are analyzed, and set the soup spa development planning of TangJiaJia village in Nanjing Jiangning District as an example, through interviews and questionnaires, using SPSS analysis software, found a significant correlation between social capital and performance of planning, combined with the actual situation, puts forward the corresponding suggestions in the remodel of social process of public development planning in the TangJiaJia village.The whole thesis contains about 51000 words,52 pictures and charts.
