Remanufacture can reduce environmental pollution and reduce energy and resource consumption.As large engineering machinery, concrete pump truck is expensive and in one set of electro-hydraulic. Discarded concrete pump truck has many parts can be remanufactured, so the remanufacturing of concrete pump truck has been concerned. However, traditional methods of product design for remanufacturing process has obvious shortage, so need to introduce a new theory to auxiliary innovation, for saving time, labor saving, low cost of remanufacturing.TRIZ theory is summarized from more than 200 million out of a high level of patent, to help people solve problems quickly and efficiently. TRIZ theory as a problem-solving tool, once mastered and skilled use, then we will not have problems when you know what to do, you can use TRIZ tools to solve. Innovative methods of TRIZ assist designers to overcome the inertia of thinking design. Concrete pump as a complex system, the object field of TRIZ analysis model, phylogenetic law pump design problems can be solved. The main contents are as follows:First, studied the manufacturing process and technology, the connotation of remanufacturing, studied cleaning, dismantling, remanufacturing surface repair technology, nondestructive testing technology for remanufacturing.Second, researched on the overall structure and working principle of the pump truck, studied several common conveying systems, constructed the 3D model of the pump truck arm system and the leg system, researched on the remanufacturing repair process of pump truck arm oil cylinder, arm motherboard u-shaped packaging material, the rocker arm frame. The problems in the remanufacturing repair and design process were put forward in this part.Third, studied the TRIZ theory system structure, and solve the engineering problem solving process, the principle of 39 engineering parameters, and 40 invention, evolution law, explain in detail the evolution route, studies the technique of physical conflict, conflict of the problem solving process, studies the community innovation method, to overcome the inertia of thinking method, and the integration of these three methods, build the integration problem solving model of three methods.Fourth, supported by SQL Server 2005 database, c # as development language, integrated three innovation methods, completed the pump car remanufacturing oriented construction of CAI software. Physics conflict for the main modules: physics conflict module, technology conflict module, evolution module, the effect module, overcomes the inertia of thinking module were introduced.Finally, by some examples introduces how to use the CAI software for pump car remanufacturing, through the use of this software successfully solved the pump truck leg corrosion and the difficulty of cleaning the wind cooler, remanufacturing, through example shows that the software can be very good to solve the problems encountered in the design of the product remanufacturing.
