Concrete Pump based on its facilitation of operation, applications in engineeringis becoming increasingly widespread. Pump technology is now mainly toward smart,safe, energy-efficient aspects of development. The application of pump boomelectro-hydraulic control technology in engineering that is an important direction forintelligent will have great potential. Pump boom electro-hydraulic control system usesa closed-loop control method, and each arm is a separate closed-loop control system,by controlling the angular position of each arm to achieve the purpose of controllingthe final pouring position of the boom end.The main direction of research of the pump intelligence is electrical control, atthe same time the quality of the hydraulic system also has a critical influence, whichis mainly reflected in the stability and the response delay of the system, and thereforethat in the premise without sacrificing efficiency of the entire system to solve thesetwo problems is the main contents and purpose of this article.Firstly, the balancing loop system is analyzed, study the various types ofbalanced circuits and what occasions they are suitable for. As can be seen, usingtraditional methods can,t solve the problem of the poor dynamic response and highcontrol pressure. Therefore, this paper combined with the idea of the combinationvalve (independent meter in/meter out), proposed and designed a new balance loopsystem. Valve control asymmetric cylinder system for modeling by mathematicalmodeling approach, as a result of that, the relationship between input and output ofthe model is very clear. Using Simulink toolbox to establish a balance control loopvalve control cylinder model, while using AMESim set up hydraulic system model. Incertain experimental basis, to obtain a more accurate co-simulation model, and then acomparative study of simulation experiments is done between the loop with thetraditional valve and the new balanced loop. From the perspective of flow analysis ofthe movement of the actuator speed stability is better, the initial stage of the responsedelay is basically non-existent, and the overshoot and adjustment time are small; Fromthe perspective of Into the oil chamber pressure, System excess pressure and stressimpact the situation is better than the traditional balanced circuit, energy-saving effect better.
