Remanufacturing engineering is an important part of green design. It isaimed to conserve resources, save energy and protect the environment.Combined with the current requirements of sustainable development, it isaccepted and applied in the production process by more and more companiessince entering China. Remanufacturing involves many fields, like automobile,machine tools and construction machinery. The number of constructionmachineries in China is huge and still in increasing. So the remanufacturing ofthe construction machineries has an important economic and social significance.It can make full use of the residual value of materials.Traditional product design mainly depends on the expertise grasped by thedesigners in the field of design objects.It concerrns about the technical measuresand engineering activities to keep and restore a usable state or reuse after theproducts are put into using, but less involved the work before the products areput into using.Using the advanced modern design methods to guide the remanufacturingprocess is of great significance. It can ensure the rationality of product design forremanufacturing in a greater degree. TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)has many tools to solve the problems in product innovation which can help theusers to achieve the innovative design of product with areas of expertise.Brainstorming can inspire the creativity of people thinking and provide a lot ofcreative ideas and solutions to solve problems. Many ways to overcome theinertia of thinking allows users to get rid of the inertia and limit of thinking sothat they can solve the problems boldly. This paper studies the innovativeconcept model integrate TRIZ, brainstorming and methods of overcoming theinertia of thinking and develop a computer-aided innovation design system forremanufacturing. Specific contents are as follows:Firstly, studied the remanufacturing theory and introduced the basicconcepts and processes of it. Then we researched several commonly usedremanufacturing technologies in the remanufacturing process. For each remanufacturing technology, we introduced its typical techniques.Secondly, thoroughly research the remanufacturing process of concretepump truck and built its three-dimensional model. The key components of theconcrete pump truck were classified. Appropriate measures were taken to repairthem with different remanufacturing requirements in order to achieve thepurpose and requirements of remanufacturing. The problems in theremanufacturing design process were put forward in this part.Thirdly, studied the concept and application principles of TRIZ, brainstormand methods of overcome the inertia of thinking. Integrated the three methodsand put forward the computer-aided innovation design model. SQL Server2005and C#were selected to build the databases and interfaces of computer-aidedinnovation design system on the base of introducing the structure of software,resolution process, data retrieval mechanism and so on. The main functionmodules and data management modules were described in this part. At last, thecomputer-aided innovation design software for remanufacturing was built.Finally, analysed the specific problem of the concrete pump truck appearedin the remanufacturing process with the software and get an ideal innovativesolution. It verified the feasibility and practicality of using the software to solveproblems during the innovative design.
