The development of the social economy promotes the increase of traffic demand. The pressure of the highway and city road network has become higher and higher. The interchange, the traffic infrastructure that provides high-efficient transformation, will play a even big role in the future. Interchange design pros and cons will have a direct impact on project investment, efficiency and technical level, service level, as well as the level of road safety. After the world’s first an interchange was built interchange has been commonly use to improve traffic flow, with the rapid development of the road system in the new road construction process, that the engineers use overpass to improve traffic flow on the road has become a trend so the choice of form of the highway interchange of the construction is essential. Interchange has many forms, and there are many factors affecting their choice of programmed, such as natural topography, economy, intersecting road grade, traffic capacity, fees requirements, etc, for the same intersection, the appropriate form is often not just one, even if the same kind of form, using different layouts will have different results. Evaluation of the existing interchange programs exist such as technical and economic evaluation simplistic method, or calculation is very complicated, heavy workload as gray theory evaluation, or difficult to obtain information on issues such as neural network, this article takes advantages of fuzzy Mathematics and AHP and evaluates Interchange program.The main contents of this paper are as follows:①First of all, this article described interchange commonly used in the form of a breakdown and details of reference.②Secondly, in this paper, for the interchange in the planning and design process, how to design the optimal program was studied.③Then, it sets up target systems applying the method of hierarchy analysis and prosecutes fuzzy synthetic evaluating. the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the indicators of the membership function, the final evaluation of the program calculated the best paln.④ Finally, according to the interchange of youyi-baisha, we use practical engineering to test fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the selection of the use of interchange programs and intersected selection proves the scheme evaluation method is scientific and practical.
