In this process will produce large amounts of waste asphalt mixture, if you don’t use will cause resource waste and environmental pollution. And arises at the historic moment of recycled asphalt mixture technology can well solve these problems, to achieve lower engineering cost, saving a lot of sandstone material, can produce huge economic and social benefits, also accord with the requirement of low carbon environmental protection and sustainable development, should be vigorously promoted application in our country.Based on the old asphalt pavement regeneration technology research at home and abroad, on the basis of relying on the zhengzhou east 4th ring road improvement project, field sampling was carried out on the road. Based on the sampling of old asphalt mixture indoor test analysis, determination of asphalt content and the three major indexes and component analysis, it is concluded that the old asphalt mixture has severe aging of asphalt and aggregate the refinement no longer meet the requirements of technical specification; On the basis of further analysis of the aging process of old asphalt and regeneration mechanism, select administrative office in a factory was determined by the analysis of heat regeneration method and regeneration agent the best dosage; Then mix proportion design of recycled asphalt hooligans, respectively under different dosage of old material to design reasonable aggregate gradation and the optimum proportion; To test mixture regeneration effect and determine the best old material blending rate, through a series of indoor test analysis, the mechanical properties of recycled asphalt mixture, high temperature performance, low temperature resistance, water stability performance and aging resistance, analysis various use performance of recycled asphalt mixture and common asphalt mixture of road performance difference is not large, the mechanical properties and high temperature performance due to the common asphalt mixture, even just low temperature performance and water stability performance and aging resistance performance is slightly lower than the ordinary asphalt mixture; At last, through comprehensive analysis, the performance of recycled asphalt mixture with old material blending rate and aggregate level with close relations, through the reasonable gradation design and 30% of the old material blending, mixing rate of recycled asphalt mixture performance is reduced each can meet the requirements of pavement specification; Visible, in the future especially in the sand and gravel materials in road maintenance for poor areas using old asphalt mixture regeneration technology, will have the important meaning.
