With the rapid development of social economy,the form of engineering structures has become more and more complex,requiring more scientific and concrete design.Among them,the research on large-volume concrete has become increasingly important.It has been used in water conservancy,transportation,and construction.Wide range of applications.The mass control of mass concrete is mainly temperature control.Because of the large volume of large volume concrete,the construction is more complex,the thermal performance is poor,the external environment factors are more and more complex,and it easily generates large temperature stress,plus other disadvantages.The superposition of factors,it is easy to produce temperature cracks,and then affect the safety of the structure.Studying the temperature field and temperature stress of mass concrete not only can improve the research content of the subject,but also can provide necessary reference for temperature control and crack prevention in practical projects.This article mainly introduces the characteristics of mass concrete,the research status of hydration heat of massive concrete,the formation mechanism of cement hydration heat and its important role in engineering,and the significance of this study.Finally,mass concrete is calculated and derived.The thermal properties and boundary conditions of the cement hydration heat conduction equation are derived,and the transient temperature field of the finite element calculation principle is deduced.In this paper,through the actual implementation process of concrete temperature of No.38 platform of Songhua River Highway Bridge,the internal temperature field and temperature stress of mass concrete are obtained.The temperature of the concrete is also obtained through the monitoring of the construction process.Control measures and measures to achieve results.Through simulated calculation and pile cap construction monitoring data analysis,the effect of concrete mix ratio on temperature and temperature field was obtained.Through doubleblending techniques,casting temperature control,cold water pipe layout,layered block pouring,vibration and maintenance,etc.Analyzes and analyzes the changes of the general law of temperature field of mass concrete,sums up the practical effects of temperature control measures and measures for mass concrete,proposes control measures,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of mass concrete with heat of hydration and temperature rise.
