Based On The VIKOR Method In Chongqing Highway Construction Project Safety Management, The Application Of Research

In recent years, traffic engineering construction is the improvement to further enhance the focus of state infrastructure construction, the vigorous ground traffic engineering construction projects underway in various areas of the country. Because our country’s project construction technology and safety management, and construction safety consciousness, compared with other developed countries is still relatively backward, therefore leads to safety accidents occur frequently in the course of the construction of how to improve the scientificity and rationality of safety management in the process of project construction, to become the important factor of traffic engineering construction in our country, to solve it is all the more urgent.Paper first to the current traffic safety accidents happened frequently in the engineering construction project is analyzed, the characteristics of and classifying the categories and levels;Then combination with the construction of chongqing high-speed airport) encountered engineering characteristics, and the characteristics of the safety management, use the VIKOR safety management in the process of the construction of the existing security risk source identification and evaluation, the sorting accordingly at the same time, and finally it is concluded that in the process of project construction safety risk source’s biggest division component project; The corresponding VIKOR security management analysis of the results, and according to the results by making project overall safety management countermeasures, and risk source to general security and major security risk source, respectively, targeted to develop safety management measures, in order to further eliminate or avoid the safety accident happened in the process of project construction. In this paper, the research results mainly several aspects:①At home and abroad on the current traffic engineering construction project safety management theory and method are summarized;②Mainly occurs in the current traffic engineering construction projects is analyzed the characteristics of the safety accident category, grade level, as well as the influence factors of the safety accident in the process of project construction are analyzed, and further expounds the relationship between these factors;③By using VIKOR safety management of chongqing high-speed airport engineering in encountered security risk source recognition, evaluation and sorting,finally determine the focus of the project safety management;④The analysis of VIKOR safety management for the project safety risk source targeted to take the corresponding management measures, in order to avoid safety accident.
