Safety Management Is Applied In Shipbuilding Company

Shipbuilding is a heavy industry.Normally,shipbuilding company is very big,and it has more than ten thousands workers and big cranes and all kinds of special vehicles,welding spark all around.Under this kind complex working condition,it has to have scientific management.Because of special construction,cross operation always happens,and incidents happen all the time.In order to effectively prevent and control incidents,shipbuilding company started to develop safety management in the past ten years.It is started to build safety system and safety value,to carry out supervision on site,to carry out scientific assessment to improve shipyard's safety performance.This thesis is based on safety management in shipbuilding company,and the current safety condition and existing problems in shipbuilding company are analyzed,and theory and method of safety management applying to modern shipbuilding company are proposed.It covers safety system establishment and site management and project safety management etc.The method of improving shipyard's safety performance is proposed.According to my working experience in shipbuilding company in the past several years,this thesis analyze the cause which can effect safety management.Refer to the domestic and overseas modern management experience,it is proposed that safety system establishment and site management and project safety management can improve safety performance to strengthen the safety management in shipbuilding company.
