In slope treatment practice, there are often safety accidents, quality accidents, project cost increase and construction period delay in the construction process because slope treatment scheme selection is not reasonable. Therefore, selecting rational slope treatment scheme, to the greatest extent to meet the safety, technicality, economy, construction period, environmental protection, construction and usability, is still the focus in the field of engineering. In order to reduce the disasters caused by slope instability, according to the fuzziness, grey, multi-attribute, group characteristics of slope treatment schemes optimization process, and taking five basic goals of safety, quality, cost, time and environment in project construction management as judge attributes, the slope treatment schemes optimization problem is studied through combined application of grey system theory, fuzzy mathematics theory, multi-attribute decision making theory and group decision making theory.Firstly, the literature review on the latest slope treatment schemes optimization problem studies is carried out in the paper to understand the related research status and basic theory. Secondly, according to the fuzziness, grey, multi-attribute, group characteristics of slope treatment schemes optimization process and five basic goals of safety, quality, cost, time and environment in project construction management, the optimization model of slope treatment schemes based on grey fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making is proposed through combined application of membership degree, grey degree, multi-attribute decision making theory and group decision making theory. Finally, take the slope treatment project range from K214+500 to K214+700 of BUKA tunnel entrance as a case to verify the proposed model feasible. The research results show that using the proposed model to optimize practical slope treatment schemes is feasible. At the same time, the practical results show that the optimization result of the proposed model has well practical effect...
