This paper focuses on emulsified asphalt(foamed asphalt)cold recycling materials of mixture strength,mixture optimization method,mixture performance evaluation method and its pavement structure adaptability,systematically study mixtures performance and structure performance of cold recycled mixture,which help to provide scientific basis for improving comprehensive performance of cold recycled mixture structure and performance.The main research contents are in three aspects as follows.The development of mechanical strength of cold recycled mixture was studied,mainly the influence of different material parameters on the mechanical strength of cold recycled mixture.The evaluation of design optimization and performance of cold recycled mixture,the main research of cold recycled mixture of raw material requirements,grading control index,forming method,compatibility of emulsified asphalt and emulsified asphalt content determination method,which provide the basis for improving mixture and pavement structure performance.The structural design parameters and structure adaptability of cold recycled mixture,mainly study on mixture of dynamic parameters,cold recycling pavement structure design,pavement structure design index,the typical pavement structure and pavement performance of cold recycled mixture test road observation,which help to provide reference for cold recycling pavement structure design.The research reveals the influence rule of parameters of composition materials of cold recycled mixture on the mixture strength development,provides the basis for the material selection and parameter design of optimization design of cold recycled mixture.The compatibility test method of asphalt cold recycling and the determination method of emulsified asphalt dosage were put forward.The main curve characteristics of dynamic modulus of cold recycled mixture were put forward,and the design parameters of dynamic modulus were determined.The typical pavement structure combination of cold recycled mixture was put forward,and the structural design indexes were verified by the test road.
