With the development of social economy and the increase of people’s leisure time and health care consciousness enhancement, outdoor recreation is popular. People flocked to the city park. Local governments also pay more and more attention to the construction of urban park. On the one hand, they built more parks, on the other hand, the parks open to citizens free of charge.However, most urban park highlights some problems in this process due to in the lack of prediction and planning the early development and infrastructure. Some domestic scholars have made a number of valuable research results such as Zhao Honghong、Bao Jugang、ChuYifang and so on. These research results provides good research experiences for the tourist environment carrying capacity, but they are all belong to the plain urban areas. Parks in mountain areas as a special land use of urban parks, they have complex terrain conditions、ecological sensitive landscape、unstable particularity and so on, facing the environmental pressure bigger than the plain urban areas。The differences of capacity between urban parks in mountain areas and the plain urban areas are not only the influence factors but also the calculation model compared.Our country is a mountainous country, the urban parks in mountain areas are widely distributed in China, the research of the tourism capacity of the urban parks has the extremely significant significance. Chongqing is a mountain city, it is typical to research as an example of the urban parks in mountain areas of Chongqing.This paper draws lessons from behavioral psychology, mountainous city, investigation statistics and other related theories, based on the tourism capacity of the existing research results, domestic norms and the city of investigation of typical mountainous city park in Chongqing, describes tourism capacity of urban parks in mountain areas in detail respectively from the capacity of present situation, the influence of terrain upon ecological capacity, space capacity, facilities capacity as the main line.The main points of the dissertation are as follows:1. Systematically researches and analysis the influence of the topography of tourism capacity of urban parks in mountain areas in Chongqing.Drawing lessons from the related research of Mountain Park, combined with the topographic effects on the morphology of mountain Park, landscape architecture, site facilities layout, analyze and sum up the causes and the impact on the terrain of mountain city park capacity, including ecological carrying capacity, water capacity, capacity of road space, road of space capacity, facilities capacity, enriches the theory system of tourists capacity of urban parks in mountain areas.2. Combined with satisfaction survey, using the principle of marginal benefit to build "traffic-tourists satisfaction" function, calculates reasonable tourists flow of different slope and (Kr) and the reasonable space standard (Pr), different types of recreational space reasonable capacity (Kg) of space reasonable space standards (Pg).First, screens basic capacity index of tourists capacity of urban parks in mountain areas. According to the special conditions of landform, combined with the number of visitors statistics and the questionnaire survey data, the results of quantitative analysis as follows:longitudinal grade 0~25%,25~50%,50~50% reasonable tourists flow (Kr), followed by 1.46,1.22,0.93 (m/min, the unit channel width); Reasonable space standard (Pr), followed by 10.26,12.29,16.13 (m2/people). Reasonable tourists flow of viewing platforms, distribution site, general leisure entertainment venues, linear tour site (Kg), followed by 1.44,0.9,0.58,0.5 (m/min, every 10 m2),0.58 (m/min, the unit channel width); reasonable standard of site space (Pg), followed by 16.8,20.2,23.5,29.1, (m2/person). It enhances the operability of tourists capacity.3. Constructs calculation model of space (psychological) capacity, the dynamic model, moving closer to the dynamic model, improving the scientific nature of the visitors capacity calculation.Based on the environmental characteristics of urban parks in mountain area, draw lessons from existing research results, puts forward the concept of "reasonable tourists flow" through a series of qualitative and quantitative analysis, constructs a new space (psychological) capacity calculation model, the dynamic model, to a certain extent, provides the basis for the environmental construction of mountainous city park.4. Calculates the weight of four components’values of tourists capacity of urban parks in mountain areas.The ecological capacity weight is 0.45, the space (psychological) volume weight is 0.17, the facilities capacity weight is0.23, social capacity weight is 0.15.They are the reference value put forward by this paper. Therefore, the comprehensive quantitative model can be modified to the tourist capacity:TCC=0.45* ECC+0.17* RCC+0.23* FCC+0.15*SCC.
