In recent years, with the rapid development of urban industry and the dramatically increased number of vans, the urban freight transport has been an important part of urban transport system, Meanwhile the construction of the modern logistics park and the foundation of the urban logistics joint-distribution system makes the urban logistics industry gathered more and more obviously, what’s more, the large scale new specialized market which depends on the advantage of logistics infrastructure certainly will drive up the increasing of the freight transport demand, then contributing to the increasing of the freight parking demand in urban logistics center. Therefore, in order to improve the utilization of the land and integrate the regional freight resource, making scientific and reasonable urban freight parking plan are important measures to improve the urban parking plan in the background of the modern freight development.Firstly, this paper divides the freight park into public freight park and special freight park according to the service object; then analyzes the structure of these two kinds parking is analyzed, meanwhile, a qualitative analysis of the characteristics of the truck driver’s parking is carried out. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the influence factor on the freight parking demand and comparing the existing parking demand prediction model, building the freight transport parking demand prediction model based on capacity limit multi-servicer queuing system, then the numerical analysis of parking demand model is carried out by using MATLAB. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the influence factor of the freight park site selection, and summarizes the feature and adaptation of the location models which are already existed, then a mixed integer nonlinear programming location model is constructed with the highest yield as the target. Finally, this paper takes the location and layout of commercial truck parking in Jingkai region automobile southern district as an example and combines the built model in this paper to conducting the site selection planning on the commercial truck parking in this district.
