The Study On Location Model Of Public Parking In Cbd

Central Business District is the most economic active area in the city. Frequent business activities and entertainment lead to a serious parking problem. The construction of public parking will be a effective mean to solve the shortage problem of parking supply. Therefore, the study of public parking location has theoretical and practical significance for constructing reasonable social and public parking to resolve parking problems.Aiming at how to choose reasonable place to construct public parking and construct appropriate parking lot, this paper include four aspects thereinafter.Firstly, the analysis and summary of advantages, disadvantages and application conditions of existing parking demand forecasting model are carried on. Based on the own characteristics of CBD, the regression model is chosen to forecast parking demand finally. And the model is calibrated by means of choosing and investigation of typical region. The method of parking demand distribution forecast is put forward to forecast the parking demand of each functional zones in the future on this basis.Secondly, Through analyzing the main influencing factors of parking selection were determined. And based on questionnaire, survey concrete relationship were determined. By using multinomial logit model for reference, the parking selection probability model is founded using dominance instead of utility. On this basis, the concept of parking service quantity is given and its forecasting model is founded.Thirdly, the public parking location model is founded based on parking selection probability,by taking parking service quantity and parking average dominance as objective function, and taking service radius and restriction of parking lot to constructing as constraint condition. Solving method of the model is studied detailedly and programming realization is carried out using Matlab.Finally, the CBD of Harbin is taken as case analysis to check the model. Based on the analysis of final results of public parking location, we can see that the location result is good. The parking demand is met greatly,and the construction of the parking lot is reasonable. The result shows that the public parking locating model has practical application value.
