With the rapid growth of the national economy, distributed generation gets rapid growth as a way of cost-effective, safe and reliable power supply. Especially wind power, photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of low carbon environmental protection, renewable, is got more and more attention to. When a large number of distributed generation is installed in the grid, will bring great influence to the distribution network, and the influence level is closely related to the degree of the location and capacity of distributed generation. Wind, solar or other renewable energy has great randomness, is closely related to the season and time of day, have a certain time sequence. In this paper, study optimal allocation of distributed generation by considering the time characteristics of distributed generation.First, this article analyzed the timing characteristics of distributed power supply and the load, gave the method of the location of photovoltaic generation according to the characteristics of its timing; According to the characteristics of power flow, using the voltage-sensitive, net loss sensitivity and maximum penetration constraint node analyze the distribution network, and used a comprehensive sensitivity analysis method to determine the distributed power installation location. Then in the study of distributed power capacity in this paper, established the objective function of getting the maximize profits by operator, simultaneously considering the low carbon benefits of distributed generation, and according to the distribution network voltage quality, adjust the operators of the sale; according to the distribution network loss adjust the operators of purchase, to give full the advantages of distributed generation; And using the method of dividing 96 times to establish the time sequence model of distributed generation and load, on each time stochastic flow calculation is to consider its randomness; Finally, based on the IEEE-33 distribution system, use the double population co-evolutionary genetic algorithm optimization for distributed power capacity, Example simulation results show that this paper used the optimal allocation method of determining the location and capacity is an effective method, can improve voltage quality, reduce network losses, and have a good low carbon benefits, and the improved double population co-evolution genetic algorithm can improve the running speed and result, has good application prospects.
