In recent years, in the energy saving and emission reduction policy,photovoltaic, wind power generation as the representative of the clean power distributed generation has been wide spread concerned, and playing an important role. More and more distributed power supply will bring new challenges to the distribution network planning. Distribution network is an important part of power system, whether its planning scheme is reasonable or not directly affects the level of distribution network planning and safe operation. So, how to build the planning optimization model, and ensure the economic, reliability and environmental protection of distribution network planning, is the content of the research.In order to be closer to the actual situation, this paper analyzed the output power of wind power, photovoltaic power generation and industrial, commercial,agricultural and municipal life, and obtained their timing characteristics curves.Based on this, the energy storage device is introduced as the main measure to improve the capacity of the power distribution network, and the coordination strategy of the load, distributed power supply and energy storage device is obtained.In the process of distribution network planning, the economic analysis of the planning scheme is essential. In this paper, the structure and calculation method of Cost-Benefit Analysis are presented, and the cost benefit model is established.A distribution network planning model is established, which is based on the combination of the DG and distribution network, and the Cost Benefit mathematical model. The planning of distributed power supply refers to the planning of locating and sizing, the planning of the distribution network is mainly the path and the linear choice of the route. Then, the intelligent optimization algorithm(Particle swarm optimization algorithm) is used to solve the model, and the optimal planning scheme is obtained. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the planning and the mathematical model are verified by numerical examples.
