Modern logistics system has become the important pillar of national economy sustainable development and the basic industry of national economy. As an emerging industry, modern logistics in Yunnan province is catching more and more attention and developing rapidly. Relying on the existing railway freight yard and its own transportation market resources transformation to regional logistics center, which is a kind of advanced management concept and organization and which is currently widely used in the process of reform and development of traditional industry in China. The logistics and information become the inevitable trend of railway freight development.Railway logistics information is a effective way of improving the logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and achieving scientific integration and the development and utilization of logistics information resources. This paper make integrative use of systems engineering, logistics engineering, software engineering and rail freight organization to research the operation process of Kunming east station freight yard. By using the business process management(BPM) technology and Internet of Things, from the perspective of the integration of business process optimization, integrating the existing multiple system of Kunming east station such as TMIS, SMIS, DMIS, TDCS, ATIS and FMOS etc, and make data extraction and data sharing, and analyzing the application status and problems of existing information system. On this basis, make requirements analysis of the logistics center of Kunming station, and make system outline design, database design and interface design, and make the test and implementation of the railway logistics management information system. |
