The existing rolling vibration roller rig can simulate the straight track and do experiment about locomotive traction, electric braking and dynamic performance test, but the simulation of curve is not very well.They still can not meet the curve passing requirement of the large maintenance machinery carbody load vibration test.This paper carries out the research on the roller rig of large railway maintenance machinery running performance.Firstly, study on the principle and category of stationary test bench, detailed analysis of the existing locomotive rolling vibration test function, structure and there role in the development of railway vehicle performance.Secondly,this paper summarizes the method of straight lines and curves simulation on the rolling vibration test bench,which is a device with the rotation of the roller instead of the actual line.The roller is driven by several oil cylinder vibrate vertically and horizontally to simulating the track irregularity and the line of ultra high.The use of differential speed gear can simulate the length difference between inside and outside track in curve line.After that we can adjust the track wheel lateral displacement and yaw angle, so as to realize the simulation of straight line and quasi dynamic curve on the roller rig.Then, we can get the dynamic response data of the maintenance machinery basic model in straight and curve line with track irregularity by simulation as the comparison base of test bench.Finally,establish complete and half vehicle rolling vibration test bench dynamic model according to the test method for straight and steady state curve on the rig.Simulate the dynamic test on bench in different conditions,so as to compare to the simulation result above.Then we discuss the influence of vehicle longitudinal position, roller distance and wheelset yaw error in order to amend the bench test data.And we found that when the vehicle rear roller, the longitudinal distance decrease and the horizontal distance of roller increases will improve the vehicle critical speed, while it may decrease when there is a wheel yaw.The simulation result shows that, rolling vibration roller rig can be used for track maintenance vehicle running performance test and obtain a number of more accurate dynamic performance index.
