Trains stop plan is one of the most basic technical schedule of transport organization in the railway transport system. The optimal train stop schedule is to make the most efficient use of the infrastructure, to deliver more flow after the completion of the limited infrastructure, and to maximize the railway transportation system’s function and effect under certain circumstances. In this paper, combined with the domestic and foreign train stop schedule research status, based on the analysis of the characteristics of China’s high-speed railway train, the main research work includes the following aspects:(1) The definition of the high-speed railway train stop schedule is described, including the content for the train stop schedule. The paper analyses the applicable conditions of the "one stop", "major stop" and "select stop", "station stop", discusses the relationship between the stop plan and efficiency of railway transportation, and sums up stop characteristics of the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway and Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway.(2) The paper analyzes the passenger demand, the station level and capacity constraints, train attendance, operating segment length, the stop times on the stop schedule set. makes the passenger node importance degree applied to the stop schedule, establishes the evaluation indexes of the node importance degree evaluation, puts forward the grey comprehensive evaluation method and the principle of the stop schedule, and simplifies the solving strategy of train stops on this basis.(3) The paper analyzes the train stop schedule evaluation theory combined with the effects of the train stop schedule evaluation, evaluates the realization degree of each index by using the grey theory and uses the Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway as an example, draw the results of evaluation and optimization adjustment suggestion.(4) The paper sets up 0-1 nonlinear programming model to make the train stops the minimum train stops and the minimum loss of the passenger travel time as the goal, and station service frequency between different grades of station, the reachability between different grades of station, the train stops and the passenger flow as the constraints. To take Wuhan -Guangzhou high-speed railway as an example, the paper verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model.
