The scale of China's high-speed railway network continues to expand,passenger flow continues to grow,and the quality of passenger travel services is increasing.These bring opportunities and challenges to China's high-speed trains and passenger flow organizations.The cyclic train operation mode has the advantages of improving the train service level,making full use of the section capacity,and attracting more passenger flow.The applicability of the cyclic mode to China's high-speed railway is studied.The train stopping plan is an important element of the train line plan.Its combined decision-making level determines the train service level,which affects the choices of trains by passenger flow;the optimized train stop structure can better adapt to the diversified passenger travel demands and attract more passenger flow.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of cyclic train stop structure for high-speed railway and analysis of the impact on passenger flow demand,and optimizes train stopping plan that can better meet passenger travel demands,improve train service levels,and reduce railway costs.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Analyze the related theory of cyclic train stopping plan.Introduce the cyclic train operation mode and analyze the applicability of the cyclic mode to China's high-speed railway.From the perspective of stations,passenger flow,train operation and train service level,analyze the influencing factors of cyclic train stopping plan.Through the comparative analysis of foreign cyclic train stopping plans and China's non-cyclic train stopping plans,the characteristics of cyclic train stopping plan are summarized.The structural requirements of the cyclic train stopping plan adopted by China's high-speed railway are proposed.(2)Build a cyclic train stopping plan optimization model and cross entropy hierarchical algorithm.Based on the line pool and set covering problem,the optimization model of the cyclic train stopping plan takes the minimum operating cost of railway and passenger travel cost as the objectives,and considers the OD service frequency demand,the section passenger flow density,the section capacity,the train arrival and departure time window,the station arrival and departure capacity as the constraints.The model considers meeting the space and time travel demands of each OD passenger at the same time,and decides the train stop,number of train stops,arrival and departure time windows of trains within the cycle.The model is a bi-objective mixed integer programming model.In order to improve the efficiency of model solving,a cross entropy hierarchical algorithm combining hierarchical solving method and cross-entropy method is designed.Five train stop combination strategies are designed in terms of train ratios at different levels,types of train stops,distance combinations,train speed differences,and different number of train stops,as a study of train stopping plans for different structures.The basis for the impact of passenger demand satisfaction,train service level and utilization of section capacity.(3)Build a passenger flow impact assessment model for the cyclic train stopping plan.The influence mechanism of train stop structure on passenger demand is studied,and the influencing factors of passengers' choice behavior are analyzed from the characteristics of train service and passenger flow ODs.According to the needs and characteristics of the model,a variety of passenger flow assessment models are analyzed and compared,and it is determined that the Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)model is used as the passenger flow impact assessment model of the train stopping plan.(4)A case study of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is carried out.Firstly,based on the five kinds of train stop combination strategies,line pools and train stopping plans are obtained,and the results of the plan indicators are analyzed.Secondly,the attraction and suppression of different train stop structures to different levels of passenger flow are analyzed.Finally,optimization suggestions for the railway to choose different structural plans are proposed.
