The high-speed railway passenger train operation plan is an important part of the high-speed railway transportation organization plan,and the high-speed railway passenger train stop schedule plan is the key link in the process of operation plan.It is a great practical significance to scientifically and rationally compose the passenger train stop schedule plan,to realize the reasonable distribution of the transportation capacity of the railway sector and to optimize the transportation organization mode of the high speed railway.This paper introduces the meaning of the stop schedule plan through the research background,research significance and research status.From the perspective of the railway transport corridor,through the questionnaire survey to statistics the passenger flow which in the LanZhou-XinJiang railway transport corridor.The influence relationship between passenger travel characteristics and travel choice is analyzed by using SPSS software.Based on the prospect theory,the paper analyzes the travel preference of the passenger in the railway transportation corridor,calculates the fitting foreground value of the main railway station in the railway transportation corridor.According to the foreground value,the sorting result provides the method support for the division of the later node minimum service frequency.Based on the existing research results of the passenger train stop problem,on the basis of analyzing the internal mechanism of train stop problem optimization objective,induce the constraints condition and objective requirements of the train stop problem.As well as considering the station minimum service frequency,the limit of line stop times,the maximum number of trains and the constraints of the originating and terminating condition.With the railway sector operating costs and passenger travel costs as the objective function,the high-speed railway passenger train station solution optimization model is established.At the same time,drawing on the research results of the advanced scholars,the paper evaluates seven high-speed railway stop schedule plan evaluation criteria which about economy,service and technology.and provides reference for the comparison of the stop schedule plan.In the actual operation process,the factors involved in the model may be random disturbance,which will have a great impact on the operation of the railway sector.Base on stop schedule plan model,this paper analyzes the factors involved in the model which include one factor and combine two factors perturbation,analyzes the internal mechanism between the factors and the model.According to the result of perturbation analysis,the relevant parameters of the stop schedule plan are taken to improve the robustness of the output plan.The problem of high-speed railway passenger train stop belongs to a kind of large-scale combination optimization problem,that is also a kind of NP problem.According to the characteristics of optimization model,a genetic algorithm that suitable for the model isdesigned.Taking Lan Zhou-XinJiang high railway as an example,the applicability and validity of the model are verified.The results show that the optimization model of the high-speed railway passenger train stop schedule plan is reasonable and effective.According to the results of random perturbation,the relative value of the relevant parameters can increase the robustness of the plan.The research contents and research methods of this paper provide reference value and method support for high-speed railway passenger train stop schedule plan.
